Mike Sanford, Assistant Director of Vineyard Operations, has been with Rabbit Ridge since 2003.   Mike is in charge of the vineyard motor pool, welding and fabrication, maintenance, landscaping, olive orchard development and water treatment.   Prior to joining Rabbit Ridge, Mike was self-employed as a heavy equipment welder, fabricator and mechanic.
