Robert Pierce, Director of Vineyard Operations, has been with Rabbit Ridge since 1997.   Robert has developed and manages all of our Paso Robles vineyards.   In addition, Robert is in charge of overseeing the winery's crush facility as well as running and maintaining our bottling line.   In his newest endeavor, Robert is learning the key components in the winery and the cellar.

Office Manager Jacqueline Pierce joined the Rabbit Ridge team in 2004.   Jacqueline manages all communications and shipments to the Cottontail Wine Club, processes employee payroll, tracks distributor depletions, analyzes and reports tasting room sales, organizes participation for special events and various other office responsibilities.   Prior to coming to Rabbit Ridge, Jacqueline was a Senior Stock Analyst at Amgen, Inc. in Thousand Oaks, California.   Jacqueline holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University, is a Notary Public and a licensed pilot.

After knowing each other nearly 20 years Robert and Jacqueline were married on July 30, 2005 during a small ceremony in Maui, Hawaii.   Erich and Joanne attended their wedding.
