We selected grapes from premium growing regions of California's Central Coast to produce our Barrel Cuvee Chardonnay.   This wine is perfect with seafood, poultry and pasta dishes, yet balanced with soft, concentrated fruit making it a delightful wine to enjoy by the glass.   Anticipate flavors of apple and pear combined with toasty vanilla from oak aging.   In keeping with the concept of the Rabbit Ridge Barrel Cuvee line, this Chardonnay is made to be enjoyed immediately.

The barrel cuvee wines are easy drinking, every day wines. We created the barrel cuvee wines to be consumed young. Enjoy them by the glass or with your favorite cuisine.
