Winemaker's Grand Reserve Chardonnay |
|
|
Rabbit Ridge Winemaker, Erich Russell, proudly presents an exceptional limited edition Chardonnay.
The finest grapes were hand selected, fermented in new French oak barrels and stirred every three
weeks for months in the traditional sur lie style. The result is an intensely rich, buttery, complex
wine with concentrated flavors of honey, hazelnut, butterscotch and toasty oak. Due to the luscious
presence of oak, bolder foods such as seafood, cheese, cream, butter, curry, or saffron would
compliment this rich Chardonnay well.
