This traditional varietal from the Piedmont region in northern Italy is soft, fruity and refreshing.   Dolcetto has marked flavors of vibrant cherry and bitter chocolate making it perfect for sipping by the glass or with pasta and fish dishes.   Dolcetto is best when young and just chilled.   Approximately 1500 cases produced.

Rabbit Ridge bottles wine in four colorized categories.   The first, and most affordable, are the Blue Denim -Barrel Cuvees. The second are the Gold and White label wines, and the third are the Platinum- Winemaker's Grand Reserve wines.   These are the finest wines made from the best grapes.   Our newly released fourth category is the buttered colored, Tuscan style Paso Robles West side collection.
