This premium red wine is 100% free-run juice that was not pressed, but gently drained directly from the fermentor to the barrel.   It is the first wine made from our Cristalla Ranch Vineyard in Paso Robles and truly exemplifies what specific terrain and master winemaking can produce.   This is about as big as a wine can get.   Bold, rich, garnet colored with complex berry flavors of raspberry and black cherry mingle with overlays of chocolate, mint and black pepper.   A true reserve.   Only 141 cases produced.
