Erich Russell, 02/06/06   February 2006 is going to be a big bottling month at Rabbit Ridge.   In addition to bottling our 2005 Olive Oil, two of our Barrel Cuvee wines are about to become Central Coast Appellation - the Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon.   We will also be bottling the 2004 Paso Robles Brunello Clone Sangiovese, which will sell out almost immediately.  

Twenty acres of Rhone grapes will be planted at out Live Oak Vineyard this year.   This will include Mourvedre, Grenache, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc grapes.
