Vineyard Update:

        Planting is about to begin on our 150 acre parcel known as Texas Road, which adjoins the vineyards and property that our Paso Robles winery is located.   The vineyard will be planted primarily with Merlot, Zinfandel and Petite Verdot.

Did anyone mention Olive Oil?

        We are pleased to report that we will release our first Paso Robles Rabbit Ridge Olive Oil this year.   Our 4,000 plus Tuscan varietals are beginning to produce their first crop.   This first release will be very limited.

Our New Cookbook

        An exciting new addition to an array of products offered by Rabbit Ridge…… Joanne’s Cookbook ---Cooking with Rabbit Ridge--- goes to press in a week and will be available in September.   In addition to wonderful recipes and wine pairing, it’s a beautiful pictorial view of a year in the winery and vineyards at Rabbit Ridge.
