Sauvignon Blanc is a much lighter white wine than Chardonnay.   The fruit and acidity in Sauvignon Blanc make it a perfect drink for sipping in warm weather or paired with citrus, herbs, or seafood dishes.   Our Barrel Cuvee Sauvignon Blanc, which comes from the finest regions in California, is aged in oak for optimum flavor.   This crisp white wine is perfect with fish, pasta and poultry dishes, or simply by the glass.
