WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS
Bunny Cuvee is a very serious red blend with an unpretentious name. This exceptional wine is only distributed to a select number of states. The wine is approximately 40% Bordeaux varietals (Cabernet Franc and Petite Verdot) blended with approximately 60% Petite Sirah. The grapes in this special blend come from both our Live Oak Road and San Marcos Vineyards. The wine was aged in new and used French and American oak barrels for approximately 20 months and is totally natural with only yeast added to assist in the fermentation process. This wine was bottled on August 27, 2007 and should age well for a long time. 1,315 cases produced. Visit the "Awards and Reviews" page on our website for a complete list of awards on our wines. |
