VINEYARD PROFILE
The 2008 Paso Robles Grenache Róse is produced from grapes grown on our Vista Serrano vineyard. Located just east of Nacimiento Lake Drive, this vineyard is rich in limestone soil. WINEMAKER'S COMMENTS We used a true Róse clone of Grenache and gave it extended skin contact to produce this special wine with the perfect rose color and alluring aroma and flavor. This wine was aged in 100% stainless steel and was bottled early to preserve the strawberry character and delicate bouquet of the Grenache grape. |

TASTING NOTES
Our Paso Robles Grenache Róse has notes of rose petals and strawberries complimented by a touch of spice. Enjoy this special Róse with a variety of cuisine. Bottled November 7, 2008.
