Our 2005 Central Coast Barrel Cuvee Zinfandel is made entirely from grapes grown on Rabbit Ridge estate vineyards in Paso Robles.   This wine was fermented and then pressed into both new and used French and American oak barrels for months.   A small amount of Syrah was blended in for added complexity.   Expect bold jam and black berry flavors with a hint of soft oak and vanilla.   Enjoy our Zinfandel by the glass or with a variety of cuisine.   In keeping with the concept of the Rabbit Ridge Barrel Cuvee line, this Zinfandel is made to be enjoyed young.
